In the Midwest we are having a terrible wind storm, with tornados and rain...70,000 people in Illinois are without power. It is really bad, winds are hurricane force.
Lots of trees down, and I don't think we are going to have to rake leaves...they are all gone.
Have to go out to Post Office, but don't want to...
Is everyone OK?

It's working its way here, but the weather channel tells us it will be downgraded by the time it reaches us. Be careful out there!

I'm right in the middle of Illinois. It's windy, but no big deal so far. With any luck, it will blow all the leaves off the trees today and we will only have to rake once!

Tink has been out only once today...I think she is crossing her legs! She will stick her nose out and then turn around. I guess I better put down some piddle pads....

We were hit at 8:30 this morning. A tornado was spotted about 11 miles north of us. The clouds were dark and swirly and scary looking. Everyone was outside watching the clouds. Our weather radio decided to poop out last night.
