Chasing Hawk, that is because the thiefs know in Dallas Tx. Police put out cars like that to catch them. Maybe they were afraid to take it, afraid of getting caught.LOL

This was back in 1999.......LOL

I don't think they had "Bait cars" back then. I don't think they were afraid of getting caught. Because judging by the criminals on the Bait car show none of them watch tv......lol Or they would know it's a TRAP.....HAHA!!

Butterscotch pudding and bacon
I used it eat itall the time. I even won a weird food eating contest with it.
best of both worlds, soft and creamy,and crunchy salty.
