My dad hybridized this one. It's named after my daughter.

I might go my dad's tomorrow to get photos of his Iris farm--it's acres of Iris at peek bloom!!!

I meant to add that I can't wait to see the pics of your dad's place.
I bet it's absolutely beautiful!

Oh yes--Dad has it as a business. People come and dig up what they like--pay him and take them home to plant in their gardens. He has 10,000s of Iris in every color you can imagine. He also sells peonies and hostas and dayliles. I worked with him for years--until I started teaching full time. It's how I paid for my sewing machine. :wink:

I'll post pics when I get them.

Can't wait to see the irises! They grow great here in Maine, too, and are my favorite. Will be looking forward to the pictures.
