Today I stretched and pinned two quilt tops to be quilted. Tonight I was missing my cat. My search for her revealed her "new" comfy sleeping place.

Cats are experts at "comfy". She is SOOOO pretty! Sure glad she didn't go missing in a hard to find place.
Something about cats and quilting just go together. Or, THEY think so, anyhow! :D

Cats are never missing when there is a new soft place to sleep and our quilts are THE place to be.

I have made one, I repeat one quilt for myself. It is made with blocks from a swap. It is made with 'fall' colors-golds, red, browns (you get the picture) and I have a yellow tabby..... No matter where that quilt is that is where we find the cat. For awhile I had it on a bed with another softer blanket on top of it. Did the cat sleep on the softer blanket---not on your life! Since I moved the softer blanket and the quilt is exposed you can't get her off of the quilt. It sure must be a warm place to sleep!
