I ordered the book Hooked on Feathers from a buyer on Ebay. I received an Email from Pay Pal saying my payment was accepted on March 15th and I should receive my book somewhere between March 22 and March 29. I haven't received it yet. I have Emailed the seller and have received no response. What really worries me is this same seller posted the same book a few days after I won the bid on my book. Either it was a different book or the same book was sold twice. What do I do?

Contact Ebay and tell them the same that you just wrote. That is the next step.

i would contact e-bay,i waited 7 weeks before xmas for an order i had to contact e-bay. good luck

Oh, that is not a good seller! I have an ebay business. Her treatment of you is not good at all. File an unreceived item dispute. You will get your money back, I promise!!

I always check their feedback rating before I order, you can click on their and read their feedback. Get in touch with ebay and give them your story.

They've changed the dispute process so it's now a lot simpler to go through. And the above person is correct. Always check feedback before you buy anything. Mistakes do happen but in most cases feedback shows a pattern of selling behavior (good or bad)

Who is the seller?? I am waiting for a pattern, same story....didn't respond to my email.
Mine is eadishman2hgq at Luv 2 Stitch pattern store. If not here by Monday, I am going to report it to Ebay and Paypal.
