This is a set of toddler bed linens for a custom order that I made. It features by Timeless Treasures "Electric Guitar Toss".

The set consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet with fitted corners on bottom end and two travel size pillowcases.

Do you recall what size mattress this would fit? My son is in a toddler bed now but it uses his crib mattress.
