Thread: Tragedy in Youngstown Ohio

Please take a moment to pray for those who have been involved in a shooting at Youngstown State University.

I will. Hadn't listened to the news yet today - so sorry to hear this. I'm old enough to remember the tragedy at Kent State many years ago.

it is so sad- youngstown could be such a beautiful city but when things like this happen it does make everyone afraid to go there. i cringe everytime i need to go downtown for anything! thoughts and prayers for the entire ysu community.

Just checked the Tribune, looks like it was at an off campus party. Can't understand why people have to have guns. By the way, I'm also from this area.
