Not an actress but recently read that Dick Chaney's wife does - can't recall her name, and also Elizabeth Edwards did.

S. Epatha Merkerson from Law & Order (Lt. Van Buren) is an avid quilter.

Saw her browsing through the bolts a few times at the LQS in Manhattan.
