I'm just waiting while my sauce reduces, so I'm a little bored, thus the post.

The pork loin roast I've made on the grill is resting. It will be topped with a red wine reduction sauce, and sided by a Ceasar salad and a nice red wine.

What're ya'll making?

Lasagna. It had to have been the ugliest lasagna I've ever made. The aluminum pan I bought was too big and the insides were oozing out. But it tasted great! Garlic bread, and simple mixed veggies. I never know what to do with veggies, so I just sprinkle basil, so it looks like I did something. DH liked it, so I call that a success :)

I'm sewing so I had two cheese sandwiches and a pepsi. Also I live alone and cooking is not real big at my house.
