Yes it was very noticable and you look great. If you hit a slump just go with it and you will see results again. My friend lost 78 lbs in about 10 months and she still looks great even though she put some back on. Now she only has to lose what she put back on and not the whole lot. Much easier after you lose a lot.

Don't think I saw your other pic, but like to say a well done to anyone who is having a battle & winning....when it comes to weight.Think many,many of us have been down that road & know it's a very hard job.Good for you!!!!!!!!!!
