Don't forget my guest bedroom! Let me know when you are ready for me! LOL!

Good luck in your house hunting and thanks for that beautiful picture!

What a wonderful place to start a new adventure. Keep us posted and send pics as you go along. Their fabrics there are fabulous and you should enjoy looking at those. Thank you for sharing.

Enjoy your time there. Go track down Leonards malasadas, you won't regret it. Best wishes!

Congratulations and best wishes on your relocation! My nephew was stationed there for a few years and he really enjoyed it. Hubby and I will be in Waikiki in Jan. I have never been so I am really looking forward to it! You might let us know if you find any quilt shops!

DD's husband was stationed there...she said the first thing the Army taught them was....DON'T SIT UNDER THE COCONUT TREES! Especially away from the visitor's beaches. Having a huge, heavy fruit like a bowling ball fall on you would kinda ruin your day.

We lived there when my DH was stationed at Schofield Barracks. We lived up on north shore in Waialua, about 5 minutes from the beach. Loved the weather, but too bad it was 6,000 miles away from family.
I loved going to Pearl Ridge Mall on payday :-) Hated the pineapple and sugar cane trucks though! Good luck with your new home
