Default Wool beads

I have been felting some wool and I have saved the big globs of fuzz from the dryer lint trap. Can I make wool beads/balls from this? How is it done? Do I just wet it and roll it up in a ball? How do I get a hole through the bead for stringing?

Or....... Any other ideas for using the wool lint?

I don't think I would like wool beads on my neck. Itchy.

You could flatten the balls of lint and incoorperate them in elaborate hand embroidery similar to that done in Baveria or in the Balkans.
