Never heard of it but I'll check. I've been losing inches more than weight the last few weeks, since I've decided to eliminate gluten from my diet for a while. Since so many family members are allergic to it, I just wondered if my own body had a low grade allergy to it also.

My belt is getting larger even though the scales aren't going down as fast as I'd like.

Thank you! I think I will join and dump WW. Since they've changed to "Points Plus" I'm not able to successfully follow (or even have) plan. That's kind of a big waster for $40.00 a month.

Spark is great, because you enter your information and it gives you menu plans to use all ready figured out for you or you can sub from the drop down menus and choose a different one......they have a book out as well as CD for workouts.....just got these so not sure how effective they are as yet., but they have a different kind of work out everyday of the week........but I have watched some form the website and seem like something good and they do not go fast.

I am not aff in any way....just want to say it a great site to join and it is all "FREE"!!

Thanks so much for the info. It is imperative that I lose weight and cannot go to WW because of health issues with my husband. He has Alzheimers and cannot be left alone. Just found out yesterday I have high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholestrol, so this will be a God send for me. THANKS THANKS THANKS Now if someone would physically force me to exercise-----------------------
