Take a nice nap...a nice bubble bath...clean house...go shopping...read a book. Usually one of these does the trick.

Sleep or eat. It depends on how "Blue" I feel. Sometimes I read the board. One day I was so down I actually posted on the board for some help! And help came fast. Thanks everyone!
