Since it is my favorite holiday, we are expecting twelve people for a big BBQ, then going to local park to get "elephant ears" flat fry bread with cinnamon and sugar. Fireworks to follow at 10 pm. (Then I plan to sleep until Wednesday.....lol.)
Today's menu-
BBQ baby back ribs,
Hamburgers
Carrot salad
Fruit salad no sauce
Garden pea salad
Pasta salad
Chips and ice tea

I made pillowcases this morning. The grands came in my sewing room and as they always do, go look for their favorite fabric in my stash. One boy picked baseball fabric, and two boys picked airplane fabric. Each has a new pillowslip to take home tonight. My only grandgirl is 19 so the girly fabric was used long ago. LOL
