Question What's for dinner at your house tonight?

[h=5]What's for dinner at your house tonight?

I am making chicken breast with gravy
Mini potato corn cakes (modified recipe to my liking)
Fresh baked bread

There won't be any other kind of veggie since the potato cakes
have potatoes, red & green peppers, green onions, fresh minced
garlic, and frozen corn.

Quilty-Louise - too bad you aren't closer, your dinner sounds much better than ours! I don't want to quit quilting, so we're having leftover tacos/burritos.

Bowl of homemade vegetable rice soup and a banana. I'm not usually hungry at the end of the day. But the chicken dinner with potato corn cakes does sound good.

Chuck Roast with potatoes, carrots and onions. Mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix blended and poured over all and a green greek salad. Chocolate brownies with vanilla ice cream for dessert and of course, sweet tea.!
