You know how we all love our quilting time. Some dig right in, while others get chores done first etc ... many versions of quilting time.
But I want to share something based on an article I read several years ago. Imagine a dear friend has passed away and everyone is there at her furneral.
What would sound good to you?
Mary was such a dear, never a bad word about any one! Always there for you too.
Mary could always be counted on to be a friend .. bad times 7 good times too.
Mary always had time for her family. Day or night her door was open. And not just to family.
Mary always looked so neat and perfectly groomed. HOW did she do that?
You could eat off the floor at Mary's. I swear that woman cleaned 24/7!
I was always afraid to mess up her house/room etc if I visited. SHE WAS SO NEAT!
Her kids fairly glemaed with clean!
OK? Get the message? i sure did. think hard about when YOU will be "mary". ....
Mary dear dear friend Mary (in the photo) had an open door, open heart and great love. She loved to share anything she had. And that included quilts, fabrics etc. Mary was a BLESSING to know. I hope someday to live up to that too.
