Yes, I return them to the cart return area. And usually when I am going in to the store, if there is a stray cart, I take it in with me.

YES! In the cart return. If one is not nearby, I take back to the store! I dislike lazy people who don't "pick up" after themselves~

I do both if thr weather is decent I return to cart area however if it is cold and I can't breath I park it securly in handicap area where I am parkedI do not think I am lazy but sometimes after shoping my chest hurts so bad I just have to set in car for awhile before I can even drive home without endangering other peoples lives. I am that person who looks healthy but many days a walk from the car to the store makes me sick so please do not judge people in handicapped areas unless you know for sure if they need it or not

I also appreciate a cart left in handicap parking it helps me walk into the store

Sometimes yes, and sometimes no...but I always make sure it will not damage any one car!

ABSOLUTELY! My biggest pet peeve in the WORLD is people who leave thier carts when a cart return is three steps away!
