Where did our smiley's go when we respond to a post? I don't see them anywhere when I'm posting.

Also, I see at the bottom of this chat box that I'm composing this post in that it shows what's called "post icons" and then it say's below the icons "You may choose an icon for your message from this list", but I have found no way to do this.

So, am I just being unusually dense, or have all the smiley's packed their little bags and left the Quilting Board??

Mine are in the reply box at the top it shows a smiley icon

Hmm, Okay, now I'm really baffled. I see four different ways to click and respond to your post on this page, (there's the +Reply to Thread, Post Quick Reply, Reply and Reply With Quote). I've tried each one and not one of them has any smileys for me to choose from when I click on them.

they still show in quick reply for me.

They are in the header of Quick Reply. You have to click on the smiley to bring up the smiley "catalog" before selecting your smiley. A little clunky, but it works.

Okay, decided to go check things out in my general settings and changed my Message Editor, and my smileys have reappeared!!

you may need to adjust your settings. go to General Settings and scroll way down. Choose WYSIWYG. then you will have many icons above your typing box.
