Default Who Knew

heres a question for all, when did fruit of the loom make an sell buttons?they are on cardboard cards and for the life of me I can't find anything on here relating to anything from fruit of the loom but cloths, I figure that someone on here would know that answer..... hope you all have a grand night

I can remember seeing some in mom's button box as a little girl. I was born in 1952.

Linda thank you I have been given a few cards from fruit of the loom with buttons, well maybe someone will know of a web site to find out about these. I'm 60 and never knew that they made buttons. in this group of buttons was 1 card that has shank buttons with cotter keys to hold them in the fabric

I have some old shank buttons with cotter keys too. There were some my mother had and I still have a lot of her buttons.

Maggie one thing buttons never do is become unusable, glad that someone else has buttons with cotter keys, now to try and find a year on these!! fruit of the loom as well as shank buttons with cotter keys
