Love changing the clocks back, you know, that extra hour! Well after yawning half the day I tackled the billions of leaves. It was a gorgeous sunny day. After 2 hours my back was kinda sore so I came in to stretch. Did some yoga stretches which always relax me, so much so that I promptly fell asleep on the floor!
    Still tired.........
Anyone else get out of whack during time changes??

Yep, I sure do too. I went to bed last night at my usual time and then my husband says, remember the time goes back tonight. and I kept waking up all night , I guess to catch the time actually going back lol. Been sleepy all day and took a nap. Still sleepy. You were more productive than I.

I thought I was the only one who wanted a nap today, and I don't usually take one when there is quilting to be done or an interesting mystery to read. But found myself nodding off with one cat in my lap and suddenly it was 2 hours later.
Still running late! Lots to do before bedtime tonight. Already dark out, safety lights on outside.

I only suffer from the change in the spring... I am usually NOT ready to go to bed an hour later than normal LOL

I'm the same as amma, I don't like the spring time change.

I do OK this time but the spring one does me in. It takes me a month to adjust.

We are now on Central Standard Time and this is the time my body likes the most. As I get older, the spring ahead really throws me and it takes longer and longer for me to get use to it.
I'm convinced I was meant to be a bear and hibernate all winter. Not as many sleeping problems in this time. I wish they would leave it at this time all year.
