My mom's is my favorite and I have raised my family on it.
1 pound hamb.
1 onion diced
1 egg
1 sleeve saltines crushed
1/4c ketchup

mix and put in ungreased baking pan
bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
Pour ketchup on the top and spread.
Place back in oven about 10 to 15 mins more
Serve

Ham Loaf Love this one!

I sometimes use this sauce on top of my meatloaf instead of this meatloaf recipe.

2 ½ LBS GROUND HAM
2 LBS GROUND PORK
1 LBS GROUND CHUCK
3 EGGS
3 CUPS GRAHAM CRACKERS CRUSHED
2 CUPS OF MILK

COMBINE IN LARGE BOWL USE ½ C TO FORM BALLs or put the
meatloaf in a baking dish

SAUCE

2 CANS TOMATO SOUP
¾ C. VINEGAR
2 ¼ C. BROWN SUGAR
2 tsp. DRY MUSTARD

PROBABLY DOUBLE THE SAUCE

BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR ONE HOUR

WILL KEEP TWO WEEKS IN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZE

My aunt uses cream of mushroom in place of ketchup in the meatloaf and on top. It is yummy that way too!

I don't mind meatloaf - but my husband made it with a boiled egg in the middle! ICK!! I tease him about it all the time. I think it might be some old German tradition :)

Oh, that sounds like something I would like, probably not DH's type though.

But if I cook it, well, tough!

I don't know why they malign it in the movies. I love it. Jim loves the way I make mine. Can't get enough.

Nothing is better than a cold meatloaf sandwich. I agree about the mashed potatoes, too. I think I've got one frozen in the freezer. This is making me hungry.
