In a few weeks my DD and I are planning our first ever trip to the Mall Of America. Does anyone know if there is anything I absolutly should not come home without seeing or visiting. Keep in mind we will have a 9,11 and 13 years old with us and a handicapped senior. Want to see all we can. Be there for 4 days. :?: Thanks!!

THis might help. You can get coupons and also take a virtual tour of the mall.

A list of the stores. You could print it out and circle the ones you want to be sure to find.

This one will bring up layout maps that you can print to maybe map out your route each day to make sure you don't have to do a lot of backtracking to visit the stores you want to see.

Just on Sunday (Jan. 16th) I took my two grandchildren to MOA...and I will tell you what my GD said "you need to wear good shoes" as there is alot of walking. 520 stores not including all the food courts, amusement center (which the children will love, sea world. You will have a lovely day and one thing that we did was (if you have a car) leave your coats in the car so that you don't have to worry or bother with carring them. What you should not come home without...impossible to do as it will be a "memory trip" you won't forget especially with the young ones along! Sorry to say but there is no fabric shops in the MOA :( Have a fun filled day.

When I was there it had a store full of "Tiffany" style lamps. I'm a sucker for those and they would ship them home for you.

Many of the stores are no different than any other mall so start with the unusual ones in case you run out of time.
