OMG! I had an uncle who always referred to WV as West "by God" Virginia. Never heard another soul use that term till I saw your post.

Enjoy the process! Packing is not the most fun, but getting there will be great. And then you get to unpack and see all your things again, find a place for them in your new place... It'll be great. And you will be so much closer to those babies!

I am in that area...not to correct you but, it's not Little Creek, VA. That is just the area around the base. You'll either be in Va Beach or Norfolk. What base? The base here is called Little Creek although it just got a new name and I cant remember it...lol.

Can't tell you how many boxes, but the count of crates that we had moving here was 16 1/2. One crate was my curio and the 1/2 crate was my couch. So........any takers?
Be careful what you wish for, your food bills and cooking time could quadruple with all your new driving distance neighbors showing up to take up your unpacking....
