Can't believe you all have had a "power-robbing" snowstorm already. It's much too early for winter. How in the heck are the tricker-treaters going to get around ... snowshoes? I feel bad for you if this is just the beginning; seems you're always getting blasted with snow. Stay dry & warm.

yeah, 3 MILLION people with out power. Unbelievable. It can stay away from me as I am getting to hate snow more and more every year. Getting to old and crippled up to be out in it all day long going from one place to another.

Trick or Treaters won't know which houses to go to because there won't be lights on at the participating houses.

The biggest problem, other than not knowing which houses to go to, is the lack of street lights! It gets very dark.

During the storm Saturday night, it was almost daylight with the snow coming down. Unbelievably bright. Now that its not snowing, you can't see a thing outside. But, slowly but surely, the lights are coming back on.

Yep.....God decided to get winter over with in one blow this year(right?)...
Locally we missed the blessing .... but relatives in Jersey got the brunt of it! Let's see: trick-or-treat candy? or snow-and-no-school? What would the 7-year-old in me choose?? Decisions, decisions, decisions!

So many houses without power ... too bad they couldn't just "zap" the lines underground. And all the food that has to be thrown out!
I would guess that some people that got hit with the hurricane a couple of months ago are now experiencing this snow, too? Hope it all gets cleared up soon.
