I use a cleaver to cut most everything. I use my veggie peeler and have used my pizza cutter. Would use my rotary if it was too dull for anything else. That is a way to recycle those blades though! Hmmm!!

My small grandson puts one hand in his pocket and uses the other hand to cut salad stuff with a pizza cutter. He loves to help me cook.

Collard greens are very yummy. Better than spinach any day of the week! I rough chop them. heat olive oil and some garlic in fry pan and pat the greens dry after washing them. Toss them into the oil and let them wilt until tender to your liking. Add salt & pepper. Smaller leaves are more tender and larger leaves can be cut smaller and cooked a little longer till tender. Remove the big center vein, they can be tough.
I serve them over pasta or brown rice or white beans with a pinch of nutmeg.
Yum Yum.

I like all the ideas for using the pizza cutter. Wonder if it will cut fabric!

I use a pizza cutter for cutting bars and brownies and also for slicing fruits and veggies. Works great.

And all this time I thought I was so brilliant using scissors to chop up lettuce. A Pizza cutter! cool. Also - Collard greens are awesome. I like them sauteed like ube quilting, and I was born and raised in Brooklyn NY

The pizza wheel also works great for cutting up herbs.
