Default Its Raining in North Texas

It started raining late yesterday and has rained all night and is still raining. Love the sound of the rain on the roof and dripping from the house eves. This may not end our drought conditions, but it will definitely help. Great day for being inside with friends sewing and enjoying a big pot of hot soup.

I am in North Texas also, and live by the lake so the thunder is real loud, the lightening is pretty. Did you remember to un-plug all your sewing equipment? I just turned on the computer, however it is still storming, so better say "Have a Good One" and get out of here.

My Aunt lives in Ft. Worth and she called so excited about the rain. I sure hope you don't have a summer like last. She's been telling me how awful it was - and still is.

We had big storms and good rains here last night. Thinking God for the blessing, we needed it so very bad.

Love the sound of the rain - but I imagine it is especially sweet during drought conditions. Being up in the Pacific Northwest, I take for granted all the rain we get. Hoping you get a nice long drink and that the drought eases up!
