Is anyone taking Zumba classes or doing zumba at home?

I take a Zumba class once or twice a week. Love it!

I go to Zumba fitness...taught by one of our spec ed teachers at a local high school. First off, let me say that I have no dancing ability and two left feet. I am also very much overweight. I absolutely LOVE it!!! It is an awesome workout. My DD goes, as well, and loves it, also. She does have the Wii Zumba but it is not nearly as much fun...she does it on the off days. We go on Mon, Weds evenings and Sat morning. Try it. Do not worry that people will be looking at you...you will find that you don't have time to look to see how other people are doing. I started it because I am a horrible couch potato and do not want to be the fat mother-of-the-bride in June.

I love it… I can’t dance but I can move my body to the rhythm. I can’t jump but I still do some kind of movement. Just getting my body moving is better than not doing anything. You don’t have to follow the steps exact just get out and enjoy the movement of your body. What ever am doing must be right because I sure get the blood to pumping and work up a good sweat without feeling out of breath. Plus am having fun doing it

Love it. It is a workout! I am as uncoordinated as they get, but I have fun. The music is great. I also have the one for WII. It is fun, but class is more fun.

When this much gets to moving it would look worse than any jello commercial ever did.
