I NOTICED MY ACCOUNT IS FROZEN AND CAN NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY PROFILE. I HAVE SENT 4 NOTES TO THE ADMIN OFFICE AND THEY HAVE NOT EVEN HAVE READ MY NOTES OR EXPLAINED WHY MY ACCOUNT IS FROZEN.
HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE. LADYILENE

your account is not locked, so you should be able to edit your profile.
you have probably tried this already, but i'm going to throw it in as a "just in case" and for general information to anybody reading this.
1. click on the "My Profile" link.
2. that should take you to a page that has the fields available for making changes.
3. make your changes and then click the appropriate "update" button.
if those updatable fields and buttons are not available to you when you click on "My Profile", then please send me a private message.
i routinely recommend that members send an email to [email protected] if they need technical assistance.
members can also send a pm to the Admin account. go to http://www.quiltingboard.com/user_profile.jsp?usernum=2 and click on "Send PM".
if you have done either or both of those things and do not get any response at all, please contact me so i can try to find out why.
