Hello everyone,
I've been reading a lot here on the Quilting Board and I thought it time to introduce myself.
I've been quilting in earnest since the mid-80's, starting out with everything by hand, then in the early 90's piecing by machine, late 90's quilting at my machine. Then in 2007 a friend gave me her old HandiQuilter table frame and the rest is history, as they say!
I now have a Nolting Fun Quilter on a 10' Hinterberg stretch frame. I mostly do donation quilts and my own, occasionally one for a friend. I lost my husband last year, I had a heart attack the year before that, and I'm back strong as I'm going to get and enjoying every minute in my sewing room. I don't want to quilt for the public and make it a job. I'm afraid it might jeopardize the love affair I'm having with this craft <G>
