Default Sewing machine repairs

Good morning Quilters:

I am looking for a solution to get my Bernina l-print replaced. My dealer is unable to get to get this part. It is back ordered since August. I have written to Bernina and I receive a form letter that states the part is on back order. Anyone have the same problem?
Thank you

Jeannel

Jeannel,
You posted this question in the introduction page - which is really just a place to introduce yourself. Perhaps if you post the question under another topic - you'll get more answers... I don't use a Bernina - so I can't help with the problem you're having. But, welcome to the board. Hope you get your machine fixed soon - "Happy Quilting"!
