I'm from Missouri, and obviously I'm new to the forum and new to quilting (I just started a little over a week ago, but I already adore it).

I've read quite a few topics and seen so many beautiful quilts and I'm really excited to keep learning! :)

Welcome to the world of quilting! I have been quilting for over 30 years and still love it. It can be expensive, because it is hard to resist the beautiful fabric.

Welcome from Louisiana:) While it can be expensive, some of us quilt on a shoestring:) We get our fabric from our local quilt store, Thrift Stores and estate sales....you just never know what will come in grasp:) Jump in and enjoy the ride!

I'm really going to have to exercise self-control, at least until I get out of school. I've always been a sucker for beautiful fabrics, even if I never bought any. Now that I have a reason to, I think it's going to be a fight against myself!
