Default Fabric Addict, new to the Quilting Board.. in Ann Arbor, MI
Hello everyone. I recently moved from Cincinnati to Ann Arbor. As I was setting up my new house, I realized I wanted to make my own quilted throws, pillows, and blankets for decor. This would also allow me to grown my stash and feed my fabric addiction! I'm self taught and have been doing regular sewing for years on my 1960s Kenmore. After finding feet for my rare machine, I was ready to go! Attached is my first attempt.
I also collect vintage sewing machines (mostly retro.)

Welcome Melissa. You and I did the opposite. I came to the Cinci area from MI several years ago. Still try to make it up to AA for the Art Show every few years.
