Hi, I signed up on this site last month but didn't get around to the introduction, till now. So, I grew up in Iowa for the most part, except 1 year my family lived in California. I moved to Ohio 31 years ago. And took my first quilting class 25 years ago, but my quilting has been like a cicada--dormant for the last 15 years or so. So I'm trying to get back into the doing of it. I promised my daughter I'd make her a quilt 13 years ago. I did start some of the patches a long time ago. It will be flying geese. She asked me awhile back when I might get it made. So That is my current goal. Get it pieced, so I can get started on the quilting! I'm machine piecing, but she did ask for it to be hand quilted. So picking up my pieces where I left off, so to speak.
