Grey and Gloomy describes the day, but to have found this place, makes it sunny and bright. Lived in Michigan, Canada, Florida and North Carolina (my favorite), until we settled here in 1999. I am a needlework lover, all disciplines - I have to admit cross stitch and embrodiery are my favorites, but quilting and knitting are a very close second. I've been doing it for 55 + years now, and an illness forced me to retire, so now I have much more time and enjoying it more. We raised 7 beautiful children and have eight grands and one great. Don't get to see them very often as the are all over the country, but when they do come it sure is exciting. Glad to have found this site and will return often. Happy stitching, PATT

WOW, you can cook also, that is great. Are you close to Denver, Castlerock? Have you ever been to Pueblo? If you ever come here let me know, I'd be happy to meet you.

Hello and welcome from northwest Denver. If you get to come this way...give me a shout and we maybe could go for coffee/tea and talk quilts.(grin)

I extend that invitation to all quilters.
