If I have a fame to share it is quilts. I have been making quilts for years and I love the ones that people use. I have a large family and am proud to say everyone has quilts. I love the old patterns and have them quilted by a friend that shares patterns, fabric choices and thrills me with her own quilts. I have enjoyed the comments of the other quilters so much you know we are a breed alone. No one but another quilter gets excited about the statement I have finished another top or even the news that you have used up another cone or spool of thread so we find ourselves running out of conversations topics except with that buddy that quilts. So today I join all of you quilters to say good news quilting is my hobby, my sanity and my joy. I tell everyone it keeps me sane and out of the pool hall.
