Hello, this is my first time on a quilting forum so I am excited. I love quilts and crafting in general. I have pieced 9 patch, and bowtie quilts. I have also embroidered several and done some hand quilting. I have just received my first quilting machine for my BD and am very anxious in trying my hand at machine quilting. My husband purchased a Brother PQ1500S for me and from the reviews it sounds like a good machine. I would be pleased for any information or helpful hints that anyone would have.

Hi from southern Caifornia and welcome aboard.This site is very addicting and I'd have a huge stack of quilts done if I spent as much time on my machine as I do here!
