I used to live about 90 min from Paducah! I still travel back there for the big quilt show in April!

Thanks Robyn! Glad you introduced yourself. I wanted to share an Etsy vendor that I have purchased from several times called TimelessCalico (i have no affiliation to this vendor). The woman sells reproduction fabric scraps in assorted colors or shirting fabrics. I like having a variety of fabrics without having to ask for small cuts at the cutting counter. Also, I found a thimble I love to hand quilt with called Comfort Thimble (again no affiliation). I am glad you have picked up quilting again and are working on UFOs. I began to quilt a little over a year ago and I have been bitten by the bug. Glad I'm not that close to Paducah although I hope to visit the area someday. I was introduced to English Paper Piecing this weekend and am interested in trying it out soon, yet another handwork project.
