Hello from Colorado...
I just found this site. Was hopping around looking at all things 'quilt'. I have had a change in situation recently and was forced to move in with my daughter. The good news is I now live with my amazing grandson; the bad news is that I no longer have a sewing room. All my stuff is in storage for now but we are working to fix that.
When I had my sewing room, I didn't get much done. I didn't have much time left after job, kids, house. I have a decent size stash, books, magazines and patterns to keep me going for a while. I enjoy making any tops but really love mysteries and foundation paper piecing. I also enjoy needlework (into Hardanger right now) and scroll sawing. Now that I am disabled, I look forward to many hours with my fabric .
Until I get my sewing room 'stuff' back with me, I surf the web looking for all things 'quilt' and let that satisfy me as best as it can.
