Welcome from Oklahoma. Oh yes, we all love our fabric. I have sometimes gone into my sewing room and just look at it.

Thank you for the welcome everyone! Glad I'm not the only one who has found themselves just admiring fabric and sewing stuff, haha.

My husband doesn't understand why I "need" more than one sewing machine, or fabric other than the current project.
I tell him it's like his guitars: they each "play" a little different or have a special purpose. So, he has a couple of electrics, a few acoustics, high end, low end, accessories, magazines, he goes to guitar stores and shows. I ask him why he needs to have more than one pick, more than one sheet of music, etc. It's good to have a meaningful hobby, and it doesn't have it to be explained--or maybe CAN'T be! We like what we like.

We get your obsession. If it's a sickness, this is your support group!!

Welcome from New Hampshire! No, I don't dream in fabric, but I often will fall asleep thinking of the quilts I am working on and quilts I want to make. This is when I have the "eureka" moments...working out problems with my quilts.

QB is a great forum and all the members are so very kind and helpful. You will enjoy being a member!
