I was wondering if anyone had a quilt pattern suggestion for this quilt block. I'm making a quilt as a gift for my daughter's wedding. I bought 5 of these quilt block, picture on the block measures 7.5 x 7.5. I thought of using the five in a nine patch idea for the middle of the quilt but don't know what else to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated. It will be a queen size quilt

You could continue making 9 patches in the flower colours, or repeats of whatever you use in the flower 9-patches
I'd stick to fabric that reads as solids so as to not distract from the flowers.
