Call me Sassyred...I'm new to applique quilting, but trying all different avenues of sewing. I have several UFO'S started and need to get them finished. Christmas has come and gone..so I guess they will be next christmas's presents.... :lol I have Breast Cancer and this has been a wonderful therapy for me. Now I can leave part of me behind when ever that happens...If I have anything to say about it...I looking foward to many more years. Looking forward to hear from other cancer patients who like to quilt. From the liquid sunshine state...Hope to hear from a few of you.
Keep quilting....Sassyred

PS; I have the most wonderful teach and best friend...Ms Sally

Welcome from Seattle. I have an aunt and uncle that live in Dallas and we go to Spirit Mt casino when I visit. I love that area of Oregon. This is a great place. The best site on the internet.

Greetings and welcome from Oregon City, OR. I had double mastectomies 3 years ago and am doing well...perhaps because quilting is such a positive focus for my energy.

And yes, this is the liquid sunshine state - especially lately!

Hi and welcome from Florida the real Sunshine State. I had uterine cancer 17 years ago and my family, faith, friends and quilting kept me going. I pray that you will have a full remission from your cancer and enjoy many more years of quilting.
