    Default Hello from Kentucky, USA

Hi....My name is Penny.......I've been a crafter for over 30 years...mostly mixed media...but have recently been biten hard by the quilting bug....It is in my DNA as my grandmother was a wonderful quilter and I'm thrilled it's finally hit me.... I've started on my first quilt ever...working on stitching the blocks together now and then want to FMQ it with my sewing machine......I'm looking forward to this adventure and nervous at the same time......but this is my test quilt and will be for me so I'm excited!!!

I'm married to my best friend...Craig...and have 2 sons.....Dylan (20) and Billy (27) who is married to Stephanie and has blessed me with 2 gorgeous granddaughters!!!! So I have LOTS of people to create quilts for!!!

Looking forward to getting to know everyone!!!!

Welcome from Michigan! My father's roots are in Kentucky; Morgantown to be exact! Such a beautiful state! We love pictures here so share your projects often. This board is a wealth of knowledge so don't be afraid to ask questions or join in on any posts!

Welcome from Vermont. Another crafter here. Too bad I only have 10 fingers because I have them all stuck in some sort of craft. Enjoy the group.

Welcome from upstate NY. My husband is thinking of going to Kentucky for a winter adventure - working for Amazon! I think he'll love Kentucky. Its on my bucket list to RV there soon.

Welcome aboard. The funny thing about quilting is it is either you don't care for it or full out. It's like you can't be a little bit pregnant - you either are or you're not. I am sure you will have a grand time
