Hello,
My name is Kim and I'm from Kentucky. I am 39 yrs old and have 2 kids of my own ages 11yrs and 18yrs and I have 2 step children ages 24 and 16 yrs. I am fairly new to quilting. I have made a 9 patch quilt and a few baby quilts before but really would like to learn how to make some other designs. I have been collecting material and I think I am very addicted..lol..

There are many of us here that are curators of a textile collection, my self included. I think I had that down before I really got into quilting. Is is a bad addiction........ Of course not!!! Remember we are caretakers of a collection!!!

HI and welcome from Nebraska. My husbands fathers family came from Kentucky. The Harlan county area. His grandfather was a coal miner, and then moved to Detroit. Have visited there several times, and it is SO different from FLAT Nebraska! We loved seeing the country down there!
