Hello --- New to Boards

Waving to everyone from Sunny Florida. New to these boards and love all the inspiration. The quilts/projects are so creative.

I'm fairly new to quilting and machine embroidery projects in the last 3 years but enjoy learning new techniques. When DO we move from beginner to the next level?

I'm fortunate to have a designated sewing/craft room since we are empty nesters. Although small, it is organized and my happy place.

Welcome from Southern California! I don't really put labels on the ability - when you read a pattern and it appears to be something you want to do and feel you can do it - then just do it.
