Hello from North Idaho
Hi all, I joined this board about a year ago. I just recently retired and decided it was time to take up a new craft. A friend of mine taught a quilting class and asked me to join their quilting club. I am not surprised at how nice everyone is here, quilters are just friendly people. I live in Sagle Idaho, just south of Sandpoint (not far from Canadian border). Not that I think anyone should know where that is Hope you all have a wonderful day! Cindy

I don't know where Sagle is but I have spent some time in ID - mostly Boise and south. My daughter went to grad school in Pocatello and moved to Boise to work for a few years. I managed to visit her at least once per year and loved every trip. I am from TN where there is very high humidity in the summer. I would stay outside all day when I went to visit her - no humidity. Such beautiful scenery. She has since moved to Washington, DC as her husband is in the military and he is stationed there now. I love having her closer to us but wouldn't mind if they moved back to ID. Much preferred spending my vacations there than in DC.
Welcome to quiltingboard. Great place to ask questions and get encouragement.
Amy
