I’m excited to have found your board!
I’ve been learning about quilting for the past couple years, so I’m pretty much a newbie. I live in an area with quite a few quilt shops within driving distance, so there’s lots of fabric and often wonderful classes. For me, it’s easier to sew and to quilt than to actually get done, so I have quite a few projects trying to find their way to the finish line!
Recently hubby helped me make over our daughter’s former room into a sewing room! I feel lucky to have it, and love spending time there.
I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone! Thanks for letting me join.

Hi Kathy from Camas! I am amazed that there are so many here from Washington. I’ve visited Camas a couple of times.
Loretta, my husband has a lot of family in Wisconsin, around Iron River and Superior.
Thank you for the warm welcome all the way from Guam!
Thanks Ruth, I’m excited to find such an active group!
Belinda, that “puppy” is mine, however she is now nearly 10. “Aimee” loves to hang out with me in my sewing room and has a faux bear rug in there for her creature comfort. I love her company.
Beverly, I’m a few miles north of Woodinville, actually about 20 miles northeast of Seattle. I just visited Port Angeles a couple weeks ago, and went to the Quilted Straight store. It is a great quilt shop, I found some interesting fabric to add to the stash!
And Hi and thanks for the welcome NE California, Debbie in Kansas, and Melissa from Oklahoma!
