Hello from Pennsylvania
Hi, I found this site about 2 weeks ago when I was searching for information about One Block wonder quilts and a pyramid bookrest pillow.
Both my grandmothers and my great grandmother made quilts. I started quilt piecing about 25 years ago, and made a Log Cabin quilt as you go quilt and some smaller projects, baby quilts and pillows. I haven't done much in the way of quilting lately, but do make my own scrub tops for work, and always buy an extra 1/2 yard, and now have quite a stash of extras. I saw great scrappy quilt tutorial over in that section today that I would love to make. I am currently working on a One Block Wonder quilt and made my own pattern for the pyramid pillow which finished this week. I did a tutorial for that this morning that I will post and hope someone else finds it useful.

I'm from pennsylvania also and thats exactly how I came about joining this board everytime I google something about a quilt and sewing related how tos I always came up with quilting board so I joined and so glad i did,a bunch of great members here.did you get a lot of snow where your located?welcome to the board......mandy
