I have been learning and enjoying, with great pleasure, the vast amount of information and pics that you so freely share. A You Tube on tube quilting 'pushed my buttons' to the point that I tried it and liked the results. Attending the 2010 AQS Show in Lancaster, PA further intrigued me with machine quilting. Being a relatively recent resident of Lancaster County, in the very heart of QUILTING, I am compelled to join the ranks and files of quilters. My goal is to achieve success one step at a time in this quest.

Welcome from Florida. Lucky you. I love Lancaster County and I have visited there several times. My ancestors were from there and I could spend days in their quilt shops. Even my DH really enjoys seeing all of the quilts hanging out on the clothes lines.

Welcome, I LOVE your area, my kids used to kid me and say I must be part Amish...you are lucky to be so close to so many fabric stores and wood workers. A bunch of us used to visit 2x's a year, we havent been in a few years but are planning one again soon.
