Hello! I am from Kosciusko, MS. I am a beginner..I have made only one baby quilt... I work at the Retired Senior Volunteer Program(RSVP) in our town. We had quilters that come in 2 times aweek to donate there time and talent to make quilts for fire victims and benefits...They have inspired quilt...as did the memory of watching my grandmother..I can remember watching her raise and lower the quilt racks that where attached to the ceiling...even trying to make a stitch or two with her...I was 7 at the time now I am 51..some years ago....I have two daughters 23 and 20. I did a lot of french handsewing when they where small..I also love to paint...Hope I can find some answers here about quilting...Look forward to getting to know each of you...
